Transferred Money to 1xBet but Funds Went to Another Account

On November 1, 2025, at 7:34 p.m., I transferred $71 to my 1xBet account using a bank transfer through İş Bankası. However, the amount never appeared in my account balance.
I have only one 1xBet account, and I do not own any other accounts. When I contacted customer support, they told me that the money was deposited into another account, but I clearly stated that this account does not belong to me. Despite this, no solution was provided, and my funds have still not been credited.
Additionally, the customer support team is not reading my messages properly and ignores the receipts and screenshots I’ve sent as proof. I feel that my issue is not being taken seriously.
I request that the $71 I deposited be transferred to my actual 1xBet account and that customer support handle my case with proper attention and urgency. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
