I submitted a ₺800 withdrawal request from my 1xBet account to my Ziraat Bank account, and the platform clearly shows the transaction as “successful.” However, the money has not been deposited into my bank account, and it has now been over 24 hours.
I contacted live support, and they told me to wait 24 hours for the transaction to process. I’ve done that, and still, no funds have arrived. This is unacceptable. If the system marks the withdrawal as complete, then I should have received my money by now.
This is not a small amount, and the lack of transparency is frustrating. I trusted this platform to handle my transactions professionally. I now demand a prompt resolution. Where is my ₺800?
