On September 25, 2025, I submitted a ₺2,620 withdrawal request from my 1xBet account via Papara. This was my first large winning on the platform, so I immediately initiated the withdrawal. However, even after several days, the request still shows as “processing” and the funds have not been transferred to my account.

I contacted 1xBet customer support, but I was only told to “keep waiting” without any clear explanation or resolution. My account has no restrictions, blocks, or additional verification requests. I also have no other pending withdrawal requests, and I have never faced such an issue on the platform before.

I am requesting that my ₺2,620 winnings be credited to my account immediately and that this unnecessary delay be resolved so that I am not further inconvenienced.
