1xbet Did Not Credit My 5,000₺ VIP Bank Transfer Deposit

On September 6, 2025, I deposited 5,000₺ into my 1xbet account (User ID: 196347355) using the VIP bank transfer method through Enpara. I completed the transaction successfully, and I still have the receipt as proof. However, the money has not been credited to my account.

When I contacted 1xbet customer service, they first told me to wait 24 hours, but later extended it to 96 hours, even though they originally guaranteed that deposits would be processed within 24 hours. This contradiction shows a lack of reliability, and it is unacceptable for a platform of this size.
