I am a 1xBet customer, and I am writing because my birthday bonus was not credited to my account today, April 5, even though I have been waiting for it all day.

I did not receive any birthday message, notification, or bonus in my account, which has been very disappointing.

I contacted customer support and was told to write to the email address they provided. I followed those instructions, but I still have not received any response.

This lack of communication and the missing birthday bonus make me feel ignored as a customer.

My 1xBet ID is 1246573323. I kindly request that my birthday bonus be credited to my account immediately, at the very least, and that I receive a clear explanation for this delay.
