Withdrawal Issue In 1win
I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced on 1win that has still not been resolved. On 13 June, I requested a withdrawal of 2,300 INR from my 1win account via IMPS to my SBI bank account. In the 1win system this withdrawal is shown as “successful”, but the money has not been credited to my SBI account. When I noticed that the amount had still not reached my bank, I contacted 1win support and explained the situation. I also sent them my SBI account statement as proof that no such credit was received. Despite providing this evidence, support only told me that the amount was successfully transferred and did not offer any real help or solution. My bank account still does not show any credit of 2,300 INR from 1win. I am requesting that this issue be investigated urgently and that my 2,300 INR be returned to me without any further delay. I want my money either to be credited immediately to my SBI bank account or, if that is not possible, to be returned to my 1win account balance so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed withdrawal.
