Request To Unblock My 1win Account
My 1win sports account with ID 364939*** was blocked on 15 June 2026, even though I had followed the instructions previously given to me by your own chat support team. Before opening this account, I contacted 1win chat support and clearly asked whether I could open a new account if I closed my old one. Your team confirmed that it was allowed, so I closed my old account and only then created this new one. After opening the new account, I completed customer verification successfully at the time of my first withdrawal. Later, I was again asked to complete verification and I uploaded my documents once more. Instead of completing the process, my account was then blocked. When I contacted support about this block, I was told that there was some fraudulent activity related to opening a new account, even though I had opened it only after receiving confirmation from your chat support. At the moment there is a balance of approximately 80,000 INR in my blocked 1win account. I trusted the information given to me by your own support team when I closed my old account and opened this new one, and now I am being accused of fraud and denied access to my funds. I kindly request that you urgently review this situation, unblock my account and release my balance of 80,000 INR, or provide a clear written explanation with evidence if you refuse to do so.

Before closing of my old account I clearly taken confirmation from your chat support and after that my old account closed and opened new account.I did not use two accounts at once..Once closed only opened new account and more over i have given request to mail for closing account and in that mail also I mentioned I want to close this account and I will reopen if necessary on that ..For your reference I attached my screenshot ...After opened new account my profied verified by you only on first withdrawal itself ..Again your are asking for verification I submitted my document.There is nothing fradulent activity...As per gaming rule only I used one account only for that only I closed old account ..
