Today at around 17:34, I deposited $31 into my 1win account via bank transfer from my Kuveyt Türk account. Even though I have the receipt for the transaction, the funds still have not appeared in my gaming account.
I contacted live support multiple times regarding the issue. Each time, I was told there was a system problem and that I needed to wait; however, after approximately 4.5–5 hours, there has been no progress and the money still has not been credited to my account.
I request that my payment be reviewed immediately and either credited to my 1win account without further delay, or, if that is not possible, refunded to my bank account.
