I am writing with User ID 359287729 to report a serious issue I am experiencing with 1win regarding a bank transfer withdrawal that has been pending for an unacceptably long time. On April 20 at around 10:17 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of ₹12,000 via bank transfer from my 1win account. Since then, the status has remained “pending,” and the money has not reached my bank account.
This situation is especially concerning because I successfully completed a previous withdrawal of ₹8,000 on April 19 without any issues. The fact that the earlier transaction was processed smoothly while the second, larger one has been stuck for days makes me very uncomfortable and significantly reduces my trust in the platform.
I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but I was only told to send an email, without any clear explanation or estimated resolution time. I find this response inadequate, as my funds are currently blocked and I have no information about when or if they will be processed.
I request that my ₹12,000 withdrawal be processed and credited to my bank account immediately, and that I be clearly informed about the current status of my transaction. I also expect 1win to take this issue seriously and prevent similar delays in the future.
