My 1win Fast EFT Transaction Has Not Been Credited - Support Is Not Helping

It has been 6 hours since my Fast EFT transaction on 1win, but it still has not been credited to my account, which is completely unacceptable. Live support responds by saying, "It may go through within 24 hours, if not, contact us again." However, Fast EFT should be processed instantly. I have made similar transactions on other platforms, and they were always completed within minutes. Despite repeatedly asking for an update, I keep getting generic responses with no real help. 1win is not providing any solution and only giving meaningless responses. If there is a technical issue, they should at least inform users properly instead of making them wait without answers. There is no solution-oriented approach.
