Money Deducted But Not Added To My Account
I made a deposit of 500 to my 1win account via UPI on 12 June 2026 at around 9:12 pm. The amount was deducted from my UPI, and the transaction ID is 616367426877, but the money was never added to my 1win balance. After this, I also started facing a login problem with the same account, and I am now getting a “wrong password” error even though I am entering my correct details. My 1win login email/ID is chithra45***@gmail.com. I contacted 1win customer support about both the missing deposit and the login issue. They asked me to send screenshots, but when I tried to upload them, the system showed a file error and the screenshots could not be uploaded, so I was not able to provide the proof they requested. I request that my 500, which was deducted under transaction ID 616367426877, be refunded to my UPI account as soon as possible, and that my account access issue be checked and resolved if needed so this does not happen again.
