1win Deposits Deducted From Bank but Not Credited to Account

On June 1, 2026, I made two deposits to my 1win account using Cred UPI and Paytm, but the money was deducted from my bank and has still not been credited to my 1win balance. The first deposit was 3,500 INR made at around 7:18 PM and the second deposit was 1,500 INR made at around 8:32 PM. I have the transaction/reference IDs for both payments, and they show as successfully debited from my bank side. My 1win user ID is 363574*** and my email address registered with the account is nikaluf***[email protected]. I contacted 1win customer support about these missing deposits, and I was informed that the payment provider is being checked. However, despite this, both deposits are still not reflected in my 1win account balance. I request that my total 5,000 INR be credited to my 1win account immediately without any further delay, or that a clear and fast resolution be provided regarding these transactions.
