I Deposited Money on 1win App but Wallet Was Never Credited

I deposited money multiple times on the 1win app, but each time, the funds were not added to my wallet, and as a result, I lost thousands of INR. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with any platform. I’m asking that action be taken against the 1win app, and I believe people should be made aware of what’s happening. If anyone knows a reliable way to contact them or get a response, please share it here.
