I’m extremely frustrated with 1win after depositing a total of ₺24,000 into my account, and not a single lira has been reflected. I made two separate deposits—₺4,000 and ₺20,000. For the ₺4,000 deposit, it’s been 10 days, and for the ₺20,000, 3 full days have passed with no update. I’ve spoken to customer support multiple times, but all I get is, “Please wait,” or “It can take up to 24 hours.” That timeframe has long passed, and now I’m being completely ignored.
This is a serious issue involving a large amount of money, and the lack of urgency from 1win’s support team is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. I want my ₺24,000 either credited to my account or fully refunded without further delay. This experience has completely eroded my trust in 1win, and if this isn’t fixed soon, I will take further action.
