I Can’t Withdraw My Money from 1win Despite Verification Promises

I’ve completely lost faith in 1win due to their ongoing payment issues. First, I had problems with a delayed deposit, which I overlooked thinking it was a one-time issue. But now, I’m trying to withdraw my funds and I’m facing even worse problems. They initially told me it would be processed within 48 hours, but that deadline passed and the money is still missing from my account.

I contacted support and was told to complete verification. I did everything they asked, and they even confirmed that my account was successfully verified, assuring me that I could now withdraw “securely.” Yet still—nothing. No funds, no meaningful update, and no accountability.
