It’s been 9 days since I requested a withdrawal from 1win, and I’m still waiting for my money. When the funds didn’t arrive, I contacted customer service and was told there was a system issue and I should wait 48 hours. I waited, but nothing happened.

After following up again, I was asked to provide a PDF bank statement, which I obtained from my bank and submitted immediately. I was then told the verification process could take 1 to 7 days. Well, it’s been 9 days now, and all I keep hearing is the same thing: “Please wait.” No resolution, no clear timeline, and absolutely no accountability.

1win, this delay is unacceptable. I’ve followed all your instructions and submitted every document you asked for. Now I demand that you process my withdrawal immediately and stop stalling legitimate payments. This situation is creating unnecessary stress, and I expect it to be resolved without further delay. Treat your users with the urgency and respect they deserve.
