I Can’t Withdraw My ₺2,000 from 1win Due to Ignored Email Update and Verification Issues

I deposited money into my 1win account and currently have a balance of ₺2,000. I want to withdraw this amount, but I’m completely blocked from doing so due to an unresolved email update issue. I no longer have access to my old email address, which means I can’t receive the verification code required for withdrawals.

I reached out to 1win support and spoke with multiple representatives. Each one asked for documents to verify my identity and promised that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. I submitted everything they requested. But now, more than 48 hours have passed, and nothing has been done. They just keep ignoring the fact that I’ve met all their requirements.

All I’m asking is for them to update the email address linked to my account so I can receive the verification code and withdraw my funds. Instead, they continue to delay and avoid action, leaving me locked out of my own money.

When you check the account, you will see it anyway. Since you are showing a sensitive attitude, please send my money to my bank account. It's been almost 4 months with all the delays, I told you about my problems nearly 4 months ago, download them from your archive.
