I’m incredibly disappointed with 1win’s withdrawal system. I requested to withdraw ₺3503 and have been stuck in a loop of excuses and delays ever since. Their support team is extremely unresponsive—when they finally bother to reply, all they say is “your funds will arrive within 48 hours.” Well, 48 hours have long passed, and now they’re telling me to wait an entire week!
It’s unacceptable that a platform can instantly accept deposits but becomes completely uncooperative when it's time to pay out. They clearly know how to take money, but returning it is another story. This behavior is disrespectful and frustrating, especially when the amount in question is clearly mine.
