Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful UPI Payment

I made a deposit of ₹3,000 to my 1win account via UPI on 31 May 2026. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, and the transaction ID is 615190602224, but the money has still not been credited to my 1win wallet. My 1win ID is 357876*** After noticing that the funds did not appear in my account, I contacted your support and raised an appeal. My appeal number is SPP-416383. However, I only receive automated responses from the bot saying that the appeal is currently under process, and I am not getting any clear information, solution, or time frame for resolution. I request that you urgently locate this transaction and either credit the ₹3,000 to my 1win wallet or refund it back to my bank account as soon as possible, and inform me clearly once this has been resolved.
