I requested a cryptocurrency withdrawal from 1win, but the funds have yet to appear in my crypto account after a week. When I called live support, they asked me to send documents to the security department. I complied and sent the required documents, but there has been no response after a month. After I emailed customer service, they promised to get back to me within 14 days. When I contacted them again after 14 days, they extended the timeframe to 30 days. They keep putting off the resolution, which is frustrating. When I deposit money, it appears in my account within 5 minutes. However, 30 days have passed since I requested a withdrawal, and the funds have yet to be processed. They claim the delay is due to a sequential review process, but it appears to be intentional.
