1win Pending Withdrawal After KYC - No Response!

My withdrawals of 1,200 and 2,500 are still pending with 1win. I am a VIP customer, and after they requested that I complete the KYC process, I did so successfully, but I haven’t received any response since. This is unacceptable behavior from 1win. I’ve made several withdrawals before without any problems, so I don’t understand why they’re keeping me in the dark this time without giving any explanation. It’s completely unfair to hold my money without a valid reason. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
