1win Withdrawal Pending Since April 23 After Verification Completed

I am writing regarding my 1win casino account, where my withdrawal requests have been pending since 23 April 2026 despite completing all the requested verification steps. I requested four separate withdrawals to my Nigerian bank account by bank transfer: 40,000 at 1:47 pm, another 40,000 at 1:50 pm, 90,000 at 2:01 pm, and 40,000 at 2:05 pm, making a total of 210,000. All of these withdrawals are still showing as “pending,” and the money has not reached my bank. This is my first time depositing and withdrawing on 1win, and I followed all the instructions given. After contacting your customer support, I was asked to take a photo of my ID card for verification, which I did and submitted as requested. My account is still active, but the withdrawal status has not changed, and I have not received any clear update or explanation about the delay. I request that you immediately process and pay the total pending amount of 210,000 to my Nigerian bank account and provide a clear explanation for why these withdrawals have been pending since 23 April 2026, despite successful verification. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can receive the funds I rightfully won.
