I made a withdrawal from 1win on September 19 at 5:46 PM. After two hours, the status showed “completed,” but the money was never sent to my M-Pesa account. I immediately contacted support and was told to wait 72 hours, which they said was the standard processing time, but the money still did not appear. They then gave me a request number, PMNT-3652477, which has now been pending for 18 days without being processed. Every time I contact support, they just tell me to wait while they supposedly get information from their payment provider, who seems extremely incompetent. I strongly advise everyone to be cautious with this site and avoid it at all costs. If you care about your withdrawals, use other trustworthy platforms instead. It seems 1win is either bankrupt or working with unreliable partners in their payment system.
