I requested a withdrawal of 2,100 (IMPS method) from my 1win account today, but the process is taking a long time and I have still not received the money. The delay is causing me concern because I expected an IMPS withdrawal to be processed much faster.
I contacted 1win customer support about this, but they did not explain the situation clearly and I was not able to understand the reason for the delay or when my withdrawal would be completed.
