1win Withdrawal ₹4,100 Not Credited To Central Bank Of India Account

I hold a savings account with Central Bank of India in Maharashtra. On 1 March 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹4,100 from my 1win account (user ID: 338780***) to be credited to this savings account. On the 1win platform, the withdrawal request is shown as approved, but the amount has still not been deposited into my bank account. After noticing that the amount was not credited, I contacted 1win customer support and was initially informed that I would receive the money within 48 hours. When the payment did not arrive within that period, I contacted them again and was then told to wait up to 7 days. Despite this, the funds have still not been credited. I also contacted Central Bank of India and was told to provide my bank statement, which I have already submitted, yet the amount is still not reflected in my savings account. Because of this delay and non‑credit of ₹4,100, I have faced serious inconvenience and have been unable to access my own funds. I request that Central Bank of India urgently investigate this missing credit, trace the transaction at their end, and ensure that the ₹4,100 is deposited into my savings account without any further delay.
Hello! Thank you for contacting us. We completely understand your wish to receive the funds as soon as possible. Your payment has already been sent and is currently in the final stage of processing by the payment system. Please note that the final processing time depends on the regulations of the receiving bank or payment gateway. For this reason, we are also unable to instantly credit the funds to your account. At the same time, we are actively working with our payment partners and continuously monitoring the status of the transaction to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. As soon as the funds are credited, you will receive a notification.

Thank you so much, 1win team
Hello! We’ve reviewed your transaction again. The withdrawal was declined by the payment provider, and the amount has been automatically credited back to your account. You can attempt the withdrawal once more using the same method or choose another payment option registered in your name. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
