1Win UPI Deposit Successful but Wallet Balance Not Updated

I recently deposited 500 INR into my 1Win Aviator/general account via UPI today at around 11:35. The amount was successfully deducted from my UPI, and I have a payment confirmation with the transaction ID 652972431447, but the money has still not been added to my 1Win wallet. I contacted 1Win customer support and was informed that the amount would be credited within 10 minutes. However, more than 30 minutes have already passed and my wallet balance has still not been updated. This is my first time facing such a problem, and I am using 1Win as a new user. I request that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible, either by immediately crediting the 500 INR to my 1Win wallet or by refunding it back to my UPI account, whichever can be done faster. I expect a prompt check of this transaction and a clear update on the status.
