1win GPay Deposit Not Credited to Account After Successful Payment

I made a deposit of 300 rupees today to my 1win account using UPI via Google Pay, but the money has still not been credited to my 1win balance. The amount has been successfully debited from my GPay-linked bank account, and I also have the transaction details with reference/transaction ID 652865526844, yet it is not reflected in my 1win account. My 1win game ID is 367398***. This was my first time depositing money to 1win through GPay. After noticing that the balance was not updated, I contacted 1win support, but I did not receive a proper or helpful response, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my 300 rupees deposit be credited to my 1win account as fast as possible or refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why support could not provide a proper response.
