1win Took Money From My Account But Did Not Show Deposit in App

I deposited money twice in the 1win app, and although the amount was deducted from my account, it is not showing in the app. I contacted the support chat, but they are not giving any reasonable answers, only saying the issue will be solved while also implying that I will not get a refund. I already sent the screenshot and all the necessary details, but now I am not receiving any response at all.
