They won't let me get my gains or my original deposit back, even though I met all the wagering requirements and didn't use any bonuses. Having to deal with this is very annoying, especially since I've followed all of their rules. The worst part is trying to get in touch with customer service. Their live chat is almost impossible to connect to, and when you do, they give you unclear and useless answers. Because of this, I have major doubts about how reliable 1win is. I don't see any reason to keep using their site if they can't handle something as simple as withdrawals.
