1win Keeps Blocking My Withdrawal Even After I Met Betting Requirements

I asked to have my winnings refunded using the 1win app, but they just took them back. Even though I had satisfied the requirement the day before, it still said I needed to wager 100% of my deposit amount when I attempted to withdraw again. I can't tell you how many times 1win has bungled the withdrawal procedure for no good reason.
