1win Holding Funds - Withdrawal Unprocessed After KYC

My withdrawals of 5,000 and 2,500 are still not processed by 1win. I am a VIP customer, and after they asked me to complete KYC, I successfully did so, but I haven’t received any response since. This is unfair behavior from 1win. I’ve made withdrawals before without any issues, so I don’t understand why they are keeping me in the dark this time without explaining the reason. It’s completely unfair to hold someone’s money without providing any valid explanation. Please help me resolve this issue.
