My withdrawals of 5,000 and 2,500 are still not processed by 1win. I am a VIP customer, and after they asked me to complete KYC, I successfully did so, but I haven’t received any response since. This is unfair behavior from 1win. I’ve made withdrawals before without any issues, so I don’t understand why they are keeping me in the dark this time without explaining the reason.
