1win Withdrawal Still Pending - Account Wrongfully Blocked

I'm very disappointed with 1win’s withdrawal system. I requested to withdraw Ghc1212 and have been stuck in a loop of excuses and delays ever since. Their support team is extremely unresponsive—when they finally bother to reply, all they say is “your funds will arrive within 48 hours.” Well, 48 hours have long passed, and now they’re telling me to wait an entire week! It’s unacceptable that a platform can instantly accept deposits but becomes completely uncooperative when it's time to pay out. They clearly know how to take money, but returning it is another story. This behavior is disrespectful and frustrating, especially when the amount in question is clearly mine. Every time I contact their support, it feels like I’m speaking to a bot—same scripted responses, zero resolution. I no longer trust this site and I feel completely ignored. I demand that my money be transferred to me immediately without any more stalling. People need to know how unreliable and unprofessional 1win has become. The reply I finally had was that my account was blocked because I've multiple accounts. Even if that is true why won't you process my withdrawal before blocking my account since the money is not yours. 1win is becoming unprofessional.
