1win Has Not Credited My Withdrawal Since July 12

I made three withdrawals on July 12, 2025, through 1win, but only two of them have been credited to my account. One withdrawal of 25,000 is still pending, even though it shows as successful on the 1win platform. I have complained several times, but I keep getting the same response that the team is working on it. It has been 13 days now! I request that 1win resolve this issue as soon as possible and credit the amount to my account.
