Yesterday at 6:39 p.m., I transferred ₺1,000 into my 1win account using the Paratim method. Even though a long time has passed since the transaction, the money still has not been credited to my account.
I contacted 1win customer support multiple times, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved, yet nothing has happened. There are no errors or warning messages either in my account or on the Paratim app—only the status “pending transfer” appears. In addition, I can use the same account to pay bills without any issues.
I am requesting that this transaction be completed immediately and that the ₺1,000 be credited to my account without further delay.
