I then contacted live support through the site and also reached out to the representatives on Telegram. They asked me to provide the receipt and a screenshot of the IBAN I was instructed to send the payment to, and I submitted everything exactly as requested. Despite this, my deposit was still not credited — I was only told a report was opened, and no actual solution was provided.
Although I have the official receipt, I clearly experienced that the amount I deposited was not added to my account. I was left at a disadvantage because 1win failed to process my deposit in a timely manner.
