1win Did Not Credit My ₹300 UPI Deposit After 10 Days

I deposited 300 Rs into my 1win account via UPI using the Super Money application on 18/05/2026 from Meerut, India. The amount was successfully debited from my side and the transaction was completed, but the money has still not been credited to my 1win balance, even though I have been waiting for 10 days. The UTR number of the transaction is 650470567735 and the deposit was made to my 1win account with user ID 362584913. I first contacted 1win support on 18/05/2026 about this issue. The email support channel informed me that the email address is no longer in use and that I should contact support via live chat on the website. I then reached out to live chat support as instructed, but my balance is still not updated and I have not received any proper resolution for this missing deposit. I request that my 300 Rs deposit be urgently located and immediately added to my 1win account balance or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method (Super Money UPI) as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be properly investigated and resolved without any further delay.
