On September 3, 2025, around 04:05, I played Road 2 Riches on 1win using my 150 free spins and won a total of 4,827₺. I even took a screenshot of my winnings and shared it with a support agent via live chat. Despite this, the winnings were never credited to my account and completely disappeared.

Instead of resolving the issue, customer support wasted time asking irrelevant questions such as the exact playtime, even though the screenshot clearly showed all details. In the end, they tried to close the chat, saying there was nothing more they could do.

This isn’t the only issue. On September 2, 2025, at 21:59, I deposited 500₺ via FAST, and it only appeared in my account at 00:11 on September 3—a huge delay. Then, on September 3 at 01:45, I deposited another 500₺, which still has not been credited to my account. Currently, my balance shows only 1.50₺ plus a 2,733₺ casino bonus, with no restrictions or warnings on my account. My user ID is 324327450.

I am demanding that 1win immediately credit my 4,827₺ winnings from Road 2 Riches, as well as process my missing 500₺ deposit. Both my deposits and winnings must be paid in full without further delay. Anything less is unacceptable.
