I made a withdrawal from my 1win account (ID: 359949503) on May 4, 2026, at 1:28 AM for an amount of 20,000 PKR to my Easypaisa wallet. Since then, the transaction has remained in “pending” status, and the funds have still not been credited to my Easypaisa account, even though many hours have passed.

For the past 28–30 hours, I have repeatedly tried to contact 1win customer service, but I have not received any proper response. Instead of real assistance, I keep being redirected to a bot that is not functioning properly and does not resolve my issue in any way.

I find it very disappointing and concerning that a platform like 1win is handling a withdrawal issue in this manner. I request that my withdrawal of 20,000 PKR be processed and credited to my Easypaisa account without any further delay. Alternatively, I ask that the amount be returned to my 1win account within the next 24 hours at the latest.

I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, my funds to be secured, and a clear update to be provided regarding the status of my transaction.
