My Casino Deposit Bonus Is Not Automatically Activated

On May 30, while making a deposit to my Betpatro account, I selected a casino deposit bonus during the deposit process. After my balance was credited, this bonus did not automatically activate in the system. Before placing any bets, I immediately contacted live support and clearly explained that the bonus I had chosen during the deposit was not reflected in my account. Live support informed me that there was a technical error and stated that they could not add the bonus manually. As a result, the bonus I selected during the deposit process was not credited to my account in any way. I feel wronged because, due to a technical error on the system side, the bonus that I rightfully chose was neither activated automatically nor added manually, despite my timely application before any betting activity. I request that the casino deposit bonus I selected during the deposit process be credited to my account in accordance with the specified terms and conditions and that the grievance I have experienced due to this technical error be resolved.
