On 29 April 2026, in the morning I requested that my 1win account be blocked temporarily. Later, around 3:00 pm the same day, I deposited 10,000 rupees into my 1win account (ID: 90024***) and made some profit, after which my balance reached 48,000 rupees. Shortly after this, I was suddenly logged out of the site and it started showing that my user account was blocked, without any clear prior information or explanation about the status of my temporary block request or my balance. I have been using 1win for about 4–5 years and hold a VIP tag, and this is the first time I have faced such a negative experience. My account currently has 48,000 rupees, but I am unable to access the account or withdraw my funds. I contacted 1win customer support, however they have not given me any clear solution or explanation so far. I kindly request that my account be unblocked or that a clear explanation be provided regarding the temporary block, and that I be allowed to withdraw the full amount of 48,000 rupees in my balance as soon as possible. I expect a prompt and clear response and resolution to this issue.
