Melbet Withdrawal Option Missing and Cannot Access Funds

I am writing regarding an issue with my Melbet account, where the withdrawal option has suddenly disappeared. Until recently, I was able to withdraw my funds via bank transfer without any problems. However, since yesterday, the withdrawal button is no longer available in my account, which means I cannot access my money at all.

My Melbet user ID is 133222295. I contacted Melbet customer support, and they informed me that the withdrawal option would become available again. However, it has still not been restored after two days, and I have not been given any clear explanation for this restriction.

As a result, I am unable to withdraw my balance, which is very concerning. I request that my withdrawal option be reactivated immediately so that I can access my funds via bank transfer. I also expect a clear explanation of why this restriction was placed on my account in the first place.
