SuperLive Refund Request For Accidental Purchase

I am writing regarding an accidental purchase of Superlive coins made today on my iPhone. Due to a network issue and lag on the screen, the transaction was completed without my intention or clear confirmation. I have not used any of the coins from this purchase. The purchase was charged to my Revolut card for an amount of 17.05 EUR. My Superlive account ID is 51150033. My contact email address is durran***@outlook.de. Since this was an unintentional transaction and the coins remain unused, I kindly request that the full amount of 17.05 EUR be refunded and the coin package be cancelled. I would appreciate your support in reviewing this situation, processing my refund as soon as possible, and sending the confirmation to my email address.
