1win Account Blocked and Funds Confiscated

My 1win account with ID 339224*** has been blocked and my balance has been confiscated, and I am asking for my funds to be returned. I am from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and have been using this account normally for some time. On 5 December 2025 my account was blocked. At that moment there was approximately 45,000 in my balance. Before this incident, I had already successfully withdrawn around 30,000 from this account without any problems. Later I received a message from 1win stating that my account was blocked permanently for violating clause 12.8 of the Site Usage Rules, mentioning fraudulent actions such as multi‑account use and other abuses, and that the account cannot be restored. I did have multiple accounts, but I genuinely did not know about the 9.7 / 12.8 violation policy and the consequences, and I was using my account for normal play and withdrawals. I respectfully request that my case be reconsidered and that at least the remaining balance of about 45,000 on my account be returned to me. I accept that the account may stay closed if required by your rules, but I believe it is unfair for my entire balance to be confiscated when I was not aware of the specific policy. I ask 1win to review my account history and transactions and approve the return of my remaining funds.
