Parimatch Not Adding Funds After Successful UPI Payment

I used the Parimatch app to add funds to my account, but the amount was debited from my Paytm account and has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance or refunded.

On April 20, 2026, I made a payment of ₹2,000 to Parimatch via Paytm using QR UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, and the transaction is marked as completed with reference/transaction ID 603143944344. However, my Parimatch balance did not increase after the payment.

After noticing that the funds were missing, I contacted customer support, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. This situation is very frustrating, as my money has been stuck without any update or explanation.

I request that the ₹2,000 be refunded back to my Paytm account as soon as possible based on the provided transaction details, or credited to my Parimatch balance immediately. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why there has been no response until now.
