1Win Account Blocked After Verification

I have a serious problem with my 1Win account related to verification, blocking of my account and my withdrawal. I had difficulties withdrawing my funds, so I contacted the security team. They sent me a verification link, I completed the process successfully and the verification was approved. At the same time, I requested to change my registered email address, because the original email on the account belonged to my friend and I wanted to update it to my own email. After about seven days, on 18 April 2026, my email address was finally updated. However, when I logged in after the email was changed, my account was blocked. First, I was asked to provide details to prove that I am the real owner of the account, and I supplied all the requested information. Then the security team sent me another format to fill out to verify my identity again, which I also completed successfully. After that, they sent me another verification link, and I went through the entire verification process once more and completed it successfully again. Despite repeatedly proving my identity and completing all verification steps, my account is still blocked, and I cannot access my funds. There is a balance of approximately 76,772 in my account, and I am very concerned that I am unable to withdraw this amount even after complying with every request from the security team. I request that my account be unblocked as soon as possible and that my balance be released so I can make my withdrawal without any further unnecessary verification, since I have already submitted the same documents and information multiple times.
