1win Account Blocked After Using Brother’s Phone to Deposit

I am writing about my 1win account registered with the email address senio***[email protected], which was blocked on 11 June 2026 while I was using it from Uganda. At the time my account was blocked, I had a balance of approximately shs150,000, and I was trying to withdraw my funds via MTN Mobile Money. After the block, I was informed that my account had been closed due to a supposed violation of the terms and conditions. The only unusual situation in my case is that I once used my brother’s phone to deposit money into my own 1win account. It appears that the security department interpreted this as if I had opened or was using multiple accounts, but I have never tried to abuse the system or run more than one account. I have always used a single account, which is registered to my own email, and the deposit from my brother’s device was only to fund this same account. Before the block, I had previously deposited around shs8,000 into the account. After being notified about the closure, I submitted the requested documents and explanations to appeal the decision. However, since then the security department and support have not given me any response or clear information. I have tried to contact 1win support, but I have not received any meaningful reply, and my funds remain inaccessible. I kindly request that my case be reviewed again, that my explanation about using my brother’s phone only for depositing be taken into account, and that I receive a clear, detailed explanation of the alleged terms violation. If there is no valid reason to withhold my funds, I ask that my account be unblocked or that my remaining balance of approximately shs150,000 be paid out to me.
