1win Blocked VIP Account And Withheld Remaining Balance

I have been using my 1win account (ID: 346130***), registered in the name Onyinyechi, for over two months and had even reached VIP status. On the day of the incident, I requested a withdrawal of 2,000,000 naira, which was successfully paid to me. However, approximately one hour after receiving this payment, I received an email stating that my account had been blocked, even though there was still a remaining balance of 3,200,000 naira in my account. In the email, 1win referred to clause 12.8 of the Site Usage Rules, mentioning general examples such as multi-accounting, using software to automate bets, arbitrage play, non-betting use of the account, and abuse of loyalty programs. However, they did not specify which exact action they believe I committed. I have only used this single account, I have not used any betting software, bots, VPNs or similar tools, and I have always played normally within the platform. After receiving the blocking notice, I contacted 1win support, but they simply referred me to the security email address, which does not respond to emails at all. This situation, combined with the vague explanation, leaves me with no clear information about what I am accused of or why my account has been closed with my balance frozen. I request that 1win provide a clear and specific explanation of what concrete action led to the closure of my account and, unless they can prove any real violation, that they pay out my remaining balance of 3,200,000 naira without further delay. I also expect transparent communication from the security department so that this matter can be resolved fairly.
