My 17TRACK Order Stuck and Seller Stopped Responding
On October 18, 2025, I ordered the Sinusray 3-in-1 Foot Massage Ankle Device (Order #2071) and paid $69. My tracking number is 4PX3002121625206CN, and the shipment is being tracked through 17track. The delivery address is in Izmir.
After the company received my payment, they shared the shipping details, but my order still has not arrived after 14 days. I contacted them several times through their WhatsApp support line, and each time they told me it would arrive “today or tomorrow.” A week later, when I asked why they never mentioned that the product was being shipped from China, I also told them I wanted a refund. They then claimed they would ship it from Istanbul instead, but afterward, they completely stopped responding.
This was my first time purchasing from this company, and I request that my issue be resolved immediately—either by sending my product without further delay or issuing a full refund.
