Hello, I placed an order on https://www.maxmaraturkiye.shop in December 2024 and purchased a coat. The shipment was handled by 17Track, and I tracked it throughout the journey. However, over a month has passed, and my package still hasn’t arrived.

Today is January 19, 2025, and I have no idea where my order is. The tracking status hasn’t changed, and the package never reached my home. This is unacceptable—how long am I supposed to wait?

I need an urgent resolution. MaxMara Türkiye Shop and 17Track, where is my package? If I don’t receive a proper update soon, I will demand a refund. Has anyone else faced this issue?
