I am a Superonline user with the number 5320**12 and have been a Turkcell customer for about two to three years. For the past two to three months, I’ve been using a ZTE zxhn H267AV2 modem with a 50 Mbps internet service. Even though I’m in the same room as the modem, the 5G connection doesn’t work at all, and the 2.4G connection is both very slow and constantly disconnecting. Since we’re not home during the day, my spouse, children, and I usually use the internet in the evenings, and we all experience the same issues. I’ve reset the modem and Wi-Fi settings multiple times through online services and contacted customer support, who claimed to have made improvements, but nothing has changed. Customer service keeps saying there’s no issue visible in the system and offers no real solution. I’ve been using this modem for about three years, and there are 12 months left on my contract. I pay ₺530 every month but do not receive the service I’m paying for. I request a modem replacement and for my internet speed to be fixed. I simply want to get the quality I’m paying for and use the service without problems.
